Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in building maintenance, particularly in reactive and remedial maintenance.
• General knowledge of building systems related to fabric tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and ground works.
• Current Full UK Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional maintenance services to high profile Clients.
• Solve technical problems related to reactive maintenance activities.
• Provide detailed write-ups of works carried out.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations and contract specifications.
• Utilise electronic devices to complete works.
• Liaise closely with Helpdesk for efficient response to all works.
