Fabric Engineer (Plumbing Experience) - Swindon

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Paid Overtime + Company Van

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing building services provider with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance across commercial office buildings. You’ll be covering a portfolio of commercial buildings, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general building fabric works, with plumbing forming a key part of the role.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Fabric Engineer or Building Fabric Technician

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Up to £35,000 basic salary
• Guaranteed overtime available
• Saturday overtime paid at Time & a Half
• Sunday overtime paid at Double Time
• 1 in 8 on-call rota
