Job summary

Invictus Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fabric Engineer to maintain and service commercial facilities at Greenpark. The role offers a salary up to 45k and opportunities to increase earnings through overtime. You will perform minor electrical work, carpentry, door fixes, painting and tiling, with experience in PPMs and client-facing duties.

Some supervising responsibilities are possible. A strong home/work balance is highlighted by the employer, with bundles of overtime and a pension

Qualifications

• PPMs and minor reactive maintenance experience.
• Building services experience.
• Client-facing mindset with some supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Carry out minor electrical work, carpentry, door fixes, painting and tiling.
• Maintenance of the building and general repairs.
• Support with PPMs and reactive tasks.

A fantastic opportunity for a Fabric engineer has become available to work for one of the UK’s leading FM companies in a Commercial Environment. On offer is a salary of up to 45k with the opportunity to boost earnings with overtime.

Key Tasks

• Minor electrical work, general carpentry, door fixing, Painting, Floor tiling, Maintenance of the Building.
• Experience with PPM's and minor reactive
• Must have building services experience.
• Must be Client facing.
• Must have a good attitude to work.
• Some supervising experience
