Qualifications

• Proven experience in building services maintenance.
• Experience working within a commercial environment.
• Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer in the FM sector.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of maintenance works.
• Fabric maintenance including carpentry, joinery, plumbing, electrical, painting, and decorating.
• Reactive and fabric PPM maintenance.
