Job Title: Fabric Engineer/GMO


Location: Guildford Site/Corporate Office


Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE


Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Fabric/GMO (General Maintenance Operative) to join our team on a prestigious site in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is practical, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally in a secure and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

General maintenance and plumbing tasks

Supporting building fabric repairs and a wide range of FM duties

Working closely with engineers, with a clear path to upskilling and formal qualifications

Taking initiative and being proactive in maintenance solutions

What We’re Looking For:

Level 2 qualification in Plumbing

Experience in general building maintenance or facilities management

A real “can-do” attitude - someone who can turn their hand to most tasks

Strong work ethic and willingness to upskill (training provided)
