Job summary
Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains offers a graduate rotation programme designed to expose you to a breadth of engineering across Formula One and advanced technology.
Rotating within the engineering team, you will work on thermofluids, calibration, laptime simulation, mechanical design, mechatronics, product validation and testing, with mentoring and development support.
You may pursue chartered status with the IET and see your ideas raced in F1 or used in a Mercedes EV prototype.
Qualifications
- 2.1 degree or above in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Strong mathematical and scientific foundation for engineering principles.
- Hands-on practical experience complementary to academic studies.
Responsibilities
- Rotate within the Engineering Team across Formula One and Advanced Technology projects.
- Contribute to thermofluids, calibration, laptime simulation, and mechanical/mechatronics work.
- Assist in product validation, testing, and developing innovative engineering solutions.
