Job summary
Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains (HPP) offers Early Careers opportunities in its Northamptonshire facility, with rotations across Formula One and Advanced Technology teams. You will contribute to thermofluids, calibration, laptime modelling and mechanical/mechatronics development, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of power units and race car components.

Qualifications
- A 2.1 degree or above in Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronics/Motorsport or related field.
- Strong academic background in Maths or Sciences at A‑level or equivalent.
- Excellent understanding of engineering first principles.
- Practical, hands‑on experience to complement academic studies.
- Self‑motivation, adaptability and creativity.
- The courage to challenge and desire to be challenged.
Responsibilities
- Work across rotations in Formula One and Advanced Technology teams.
- Contribute to Thermofluids, Calibration, and Laptime work across projects.
- Support design, validation and test activities throughout development cycles.
