Job summary

McLaren Racing invites applications for its Engineering Graduate Programme, a 2-year rotation through Aerodynamics, Design, Racing and Performance. You will gain exposure to different engineering domains while supporting race weekends across the season, contributing to performance and learning how a Formula 1 team operates.

The role seeks highly motivated individuals with an engineering or science degree and a passion for motorsport, starting summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or the Sciences with a 2:1 minimum.
• Familiarity with CAD packages is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; ability to present and report effectively.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across areas of Engineering (Aerodynamics, Design, Racing, Performance).
• Provide race weekend support throughout the season.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to performance and learn the team processes.
