Formula 1 is seeking a Licensing Executive to drive commercial upside in its Consumer Product licensing portfolio. You will lead licensee relationships, coordinate product development and launches, and collaborate with internal teams to maximise revenue and fan engagement.

Based in the UK, you will liaise with partners and F1 teams, manage timelines, approvals, and KPIs, and help secure renewals and new partnerships while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in the brand licensing industry with consumer products
• Strong understanding of licensing ecosystems and business models
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

Responsabilités

• Assist in account management of key consumer product licensees
• Support licensee development and renewals
• Coordinate product development and approvals across categories
• Work with internal teams to deliver revenue growth and fan engagement
• Produce presentations and collateral for partners and prospects
• Maintain trackers and ordering processes
• Monitor industry developments and provide category insights
• Build and maintain partner relationships
