Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Gaming & eSports to drive growth for its gaming licensing portfolio and F1 Sim Racing initiatives. You will manage licensees, coordinate with teams and internal stakeholders, and help deliver tournaments, events and activations.

You will work with licensees on IP approvals, marketing activity and financial reporting, while strengthening relationships and identifying growth opportunities for global fans.

Qualifications

3+ years in partnership account management within licensing or live events.
Proven track record delivering licensing/partnership targets.
Strong project management and organisational experience.

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with partners and internal teams across licensees.
Coordinate licensing and IP approvals, marketing activity and financial reporting.
Develop strategies to grow licensing revenue and fan engagement.
Track timelines, KPIs and deliverables for gaming partnerships and tournaments.
Support license agreements, renewals and budget forecasting with accuracy.
Oversee planning for F1 Sim Racing events, activations and services.
