Job summary

Formula One Management is seeking a Licensing Executive within the Licensing & Gaming department to drive commercial upside and engage fans with F1 through strong product and brand partners. You will support licensees, manage key relationships, and help develop new licensee opportunities across multiple product categories.

In this role you will liaise with F1 teams and internal stakeholders to maximize opportunities, monitor performance, and deliver growth while maintaining the highest standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand licensing or consumer products is desirable.
• Strong understanding of licensing ecosystems in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.

Responsibilities

• Support development of the licensing programme to drive fan engagement and revenue growth.
• Manage key licensees across consumer products including approvals, launches, and financial reporting.
• Develop understanding of partner delivery timelines, objectives, growth strategies and KPIs.
• Assist in securing new partnerships and renewals through market research.
• Support administrative duties for the CP team and maintain trackers and order processing.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify fan engagement opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Coordinate product development from artwork to production samples across categories.
• Prepare presentations and collateral to monitor licensee performance for stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
