Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Licensing Executive to sit in the Licensing & Gaming department. You will drive commercial upside and engage fans through partnerships within the consumer product licensing portfolio, including leading for some licensees and supporting new licensee development in line with business objectives.

You will coordinate across teams to manage licensing programs, develop growth strategies, and support with partner relations to ensure continued revenue expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in the brand licensing industry is desirable.
• Strong understanding of licensing ecosystems and commercial models.

Responsibilities

• Assist in account management of key consumer product licensees across categories.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support licensees and drive revenue growth.
• Liaise with F1 teams and partners to maximise licensing opportunities.
• Develop understanding of partner delivery timelines and KPIs.
• Support partnerships and renewals through category research.
• Prepare presentations and collateral for licensee performance reviews.
