Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Gaming & eSports to grow its gaming licensing portfolio and deliver engaging fan experiences worldwide. You will partner with game developers, F1 teams and internal stakeholders to drive licensing and IP usage that aligns with our commercial goals.

Strong account and project management, a commercial mindset, and excellent stakeholder skills are essential, with 3+ years in licensing or partnerships.

Qualifications

Strong account management skills with multiple partnerships.
Experience delivering licensing/partnership targets.
Excellent project management and organisational ability.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams.
Manage gaming licensee partnerships including IP approvals and marketing activity.
Develop licensing programme strategies to drive growth and fan engagement.
Forecast, report royalties and assist invoicing for licensees.
Coordinate F1 Sim Racing events, tournaments and activations.
