Job summary

Qualifications

  • You are completing a placement year as part of a degree in Engineering, Mathematics or a scientific discipline and can start in July 2027.
  • You will be working towards a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
  • General computing skills and software knowledge relevant to your placement area.
  • A practical approach to engineering and strong problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for motorsport; previous motorsport experience welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engineering projects within your placement area that contribute directly to on-track performance.
  • Take responsibility for specific projects, supported by guidance from experienced team members.
  • Integrate quickly into your team and contribute effectively to shared goals.
  • Apply your technical knowledge and develop practical solutions to new engineering challenges.
  • Manage your work proactively, using your initiative to deliver against demanding deadlines.
