A leading motorsport team in Silverstone is seeking an experienced Electronics Hardware Calibration Engineer to oversee the calibration and validation of electronic hardware systems used in racing operations. The role requires a degree in Engineering or Electronics and experience in electronic systems calibration. Candidates will engage in data analysis, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support trackside operations during race weekends. Qualifications

• Experience with the calibration of electronic systems, preferably in the motorsport sector.
• Strong understanding of electronic hardware and associated software.
• Experience in trackside operations during race weekends.
