Job summary

Red Bull Racing & Technology in Milton Keynes is recruiting a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician for a 16-month FTC, night shift (Mon-Thu, 16:15-02:45). You will trim, bond and assemble precision components for Formula 1 projects on a high-performance production line.

Two years’ experience in a disciplined manufacturing environment and a background in Motorsport/Aerospace are required, with proficiency in air tools and the ability to work under tight deadlines and minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician position within a disciplined manufacturing environment.
• Background in the Motorsport, Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries.
• Proficiency in using air tools for basic trimming.
• Self-motivator with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work to very tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Capability to handle challenging situations and delivery pressures.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed trimming, bonding and assembling of components to the highest standards, following engineering drawings and SOPs.
• Work meticulously to ensure precision and excellence in every task.
• Contribute to customer projects and overall team success.
