Job summary

Red Bull Technology seeks a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician in Milton Keynes for a 16 month FTC, night shift (Mon-Thu, 16:15‑02:45). You will trim, bond and assemble high‑performance components to tight tolerances under SOPs, contributing to our Formula 1 projects.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in composite fitting within manufacturing, with Motorsport, Automotive, or Aerospace background, and is proficient with air tools.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years’ experience in a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician position within a disciplined manufacturing environment.
Background in the Motorsport, Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries.
Proficiency in using air tools for basic trimming.
Self-motivator with a proactive approach.
Ability to work to very tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed trimming, bonding and assembling of components to the highest standards in accordance with SOPs and engineering drawings.
Ensure precision and excellence in every task to support customer projects and team performance.
Follow operating procedures and maintain quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets on a fast-paced schedule.

This role is a 16 Month FTC, Nights shift ( Mon-Thu) – 16:15-02:45

Our Manufacturing Team is the powerhouse behind precision, driving the production of high-performance components that meet the exacting standards of Formula 1

In this role, you will perform detailed trimming, bonding and assembling of components to the highest standards, working meticulously in accordance with our standard operating procedures, following engineering drawings, ensuring precision and excellence in every task. Your hard work and contribution will directly impact the success and performance of our team including customer projects.

What we need from you:

Minimum of two years’ experience in a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician position within a disciplined manufacturing environment.
Background in the Motorsport, Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries.
