Job summary

Red Bull Technology seeks a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician in Milton Keynes for a 16 month FTC, night shift (Mon-Thu, 16:15‑02:45). You will trim, bond and assemble high‑performance components to tight tolerances under SOPs, contributing to our Formula 1 projects.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in composite fitting within manufacturing, with Motorsport, Automotive, or Aerospace background, and is proficient with air tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician position within a disciplined manufacturing environment.
• Background in the Motorsport, Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries.
• Proficiency in using air tools for basic trimming.
• Self-motivator with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work to very tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed trimming, bonding and assembling of components to the highest standards in accordance with SOPs and engineering drawings.
• Ensure precision and excellence in every task to support customer projects and team performance.
• Follow operating procedures and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets on a fast-paced schedule.
