Job summary

Red Bull Technology in Milton Keynes is seeking a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician for a 16-month FTC, night shift (Mon–Thu, 16:15–02:45). You will work in our motorsport manufacturing team, trimming, bonding and assembling components to exacting standards while following engineering drawings and SOPs.

Applicants should have at least two years of relevant experience, a background in Motorsport/Automotive/Aerospace, and proficiency with air tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician in a disciplined manufacturing environment.
• Background in Motorsport, Automotive, or Aerospace industries.
• Proficiency in using air tools for basic trimming.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work to very tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability to handle challenging situations and delivery pressures.
