Job summary

Alpine Racing Limited is seeking a Composite Technician – Assembly & Trimming for a night shift on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2027. You will trim, assemble and finish composite parts, ensuring precision and adherence to drawings and specifications in a high-performance motorsport environment.

Working within the Composites Department, you will bond prep using aerospace-grade adhesives, and maintain strict quality and safety standards while collaborating across departments to meet

Qualifications

• Proven experience trimming, assembling and finishing composite components.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, templates and trim instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
• Experience using hand and power tools for precision trimming, drilling and fitting.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Trimming, assembling and finishing composite components per drawings and specs.
• Carry out bond preparation with aerospace-grade adhesives.
• Ensure parts meet dimensional and cosmetic standards.
• Maintain quality and productivity in line with expectations.
• Identify, document and report non-conformances per procedures.
