Silcom Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a valued client in Salisbury seeking a driven Transaction Manager to own the Finance & Insurance function within the sales team, with a clear focus on managing and converting customer renewals.

This sole role offers responsibility for the F&I department within a premium brand dealership, enabling ownership, profitability, and an exceptional customer journey from proposal to handover.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the finance and insurance function within the sales department.
• Focus on managing and converting customer renewals, maximising retention and profitability.
• Present and sell finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products in a professional and compliant manner.
• Support the sales team in structuring competitive and profitable deals.
• Ensure all finance documentation is accurate and fully compliant with FCA regulations and company standards.
• Monitor F&I penetration rates and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from proposal through to vehicle handover.
• Must possess a valid UK driver's licence.
