St Ermin’s Hotel is seeking a brilliant Food & Beverage Waiter to join Caxton Restaurant in London. You will be serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables, while getting to know guests to personalise their stays and create lifelong memories.

You will deliver breath-taking hospitality in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, serve with a smile, and help ensure every guest leaves impressed by the experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience gained in similar environment.
• Passionate about customer service and great quality food & drinks.
• You will have to be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• Painting a fantastic first impression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.
• Serving customers.
• Operating the till.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain standards and have great attention to details.
• Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders.
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
• Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests.
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
• Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food.
• Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more.
