Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Team Member for our hotel in the United Kingdom. You will welcome guests, take orders, and serve meals and beverages with care and attentiveness.

You will work closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain presentation standards, hygiene, and a smooth operation. A friendly, professional approach and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service to ensure a great start to their visit.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks, maintaining high presentation and timely service.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas for an inviting dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assist with inventory and restocking to keep dining areas well supplied.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards in the workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.

What you'll be doing...

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
