Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Team Member to join our hotel dining operations in Belfast. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver meals and beverages with care while maintaining high presentation standards and a clean, organized dining area.

You’ll work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless service, adapt to busy peak periods, and help create a positive guest experience through friendly, proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service from start to finish
• Take and process food and drink orders, note and fulfill special requests
• Serve food and beverages with high presentation standards and timely service
• Set up, clean and reset tables and service areas for an inviting dining space
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks
• Assist with inventory and restocking to keep the dining area stocked
• Uphold hygiene and health & safety standards in the workspace
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operation

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.

• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

What We Need From You

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
