Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly and energetic Food & Beverage Team Member to join our hotel dining team. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and help maintain a high standard of presentation and service.

Role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a busy hospitality environment. On-site dining facility with focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service.
• Take and process food and drink orders, noting special requests.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and timing.
• Set up and reset tables, maintain inviting dining space.
• Prepare beverages including basic barista duties.
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the workspace.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
