Mercure Hotels in London Earls Court is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage team member to welcome guests and take beverage orders, providing an outstanding service experience with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires delivering professional service, handling cash, and maintaining standards across the F&B outlets. Weekend shifts are included, and staff are encouraged to engage with guests to promote our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
• Conveying the hotel's image through attitude, professionalism and grooming standards

• Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees
• Good knowledge of our products
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station
• Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
• Receiving and processing customers' payments
• Making sure ingredient labels are visible in all stations
• Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables
• Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns

Our new goal is to find the right candidates to be part of this amazing project to help us during the evolution to become a modern, stylish and innovative 12-storey hotel. The hotel is about to undergo a very unique project resulting in a dual branding stylish and modern hotel with a combination of 3* and 4* product.

Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Department: Food and Beverage

Salary: £14.85/hr

Full-time

Providing a warm welcome to guests and taking hot beverage orders and snacks will be at the heart of what you do. You will use your excellent customer service skills to give guests an experience that they are sure to remember! This is a full-time position (weekends included)
