Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection’s Bovey Castle in Dartmoor is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will oversee all elements of our multi-outlet operation—from fine dining to bar, lounge, and afternoon tea—working with our Exec Chef and senior team to craft and deliver memorable service to every guest.

Ideal candidates have experience at Restaurant Manager/supervisor level, can lead a 30+ strong team, and communicate confidently in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervision is required.
• Able to lead a 30+ person team with clear direction.
• Excellent written and spoken English and guest relations skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, volume-led hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all elements of multi-outlet operation from fine dining to bar and lounge.
• Lead by example to deliver intuitive and memorable service to guests.
• Coordinate with Exec Chef and senior team on operational delivery and concepts.
