Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection Limited in the United Kingdom invites an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B and Bar teams across fine dining, lounge, and afternoon tea service. You will partner with the Head Chef to design the operational delivery behind food concepts and to role-model attentive, guest-centred service.

You’ll inspire a 30+ strong team, maintain high standards in a volume-driven environment, and build strong relationships with hotel colleagues and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience at Food & Beverage Manager level in diverse settings.
• Ability to lead a 30+ person team with retention experience.
• Excellent communication and fluent English, written and spoken.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all elements from fine dining to bar, lounge and afternoon tea service.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design operational delivery behind food concepts.
• Lead by example to deliver intuitive and memorable service to guests.
• Inspire the team with clarity and confidence, ensuring preparedness and organisation.
• Assist managers to ensure guests are happy and receive excellent service.
