Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B and Bar teams, overseeing fine dining to bar, lounge and afternoon tea, and to design the operational delivery behind food concepts with the Head Chef.

You will inspire a 30+ strong team, ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment, while building relationships with guests and the wider hotel team.

Qualifications

• Professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first class experiences to guests; high standards will be second nature to you.
• Comfortable working within a volume-led environment, as well as more intimate fine dining settings.
• Experience at Food & Beverage Manager level within a variety of environments, bringing broad experience to the role.
• The ability to lead a team of between 30+ team members, demonstrating strong leadership skills; with proven experience of team retention.
• Excellent communication skills, and level of English – both written and spoken; with the confidence to build relationships with the wider hotel team and guests.
• To enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude & to love the buzz of being busy.
• Experience working within an environment within the consortia's of Pride of Britain, Relais & Chateaux or Small Luxury Hotels of the World would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all elements from fine dining to bar, lounge, and afternoon tea service; collaborate with Head Chef to craft operational delivery behind food concepts and lead by example to deliver intuitive, memorable service.
• Inspire the team with clarity and confidence, ensure the department is prepared and organised while assisting Managers to ensure guests are happy and receiving the best possible service.
