Job summary

Bovey Castle, located in Devon, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee our multi-outlet operation from fine dining to bar and lounge services. You will work with the Exec Chef and senior managers to craft and deliver intuitive guest experiences and to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

You will inspire a 30+ strong team, ensure guests are happy, and maintain high service standards across all venues.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a large team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong guest service focus with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience managing multiple outlets and high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all elements of the restaurant and bar operations across multiple outlets.
• Lead and develop a 30+ person team, driving service standards and staff retention.
• Collaborate with executive chef and senior management to execute concepts and service delivery.
