Job summary

Accor in Greater London is seeking a hands-on F&B Supervisor to support the F&B Manager and Assistant Manager across our restaurant, bar Keeper, room service, banquets and dining facilities. You will ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency and strict health and safety standards.

This role offers an hourly rate of £15.26 plus service charge, with the opportunity to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and guest-service skills.
• Experience in food and beverage operations preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of all food and beverage outlets.
• Supervise and support food and beverage team members.
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns.

• Assist with staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control.

Job Description

The F&B Supervisor supports the F&B Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including our restaurant and bar Keeper,room service, banquets, and other dining facilities. The role ensures exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, compliance with health and safety standards, and achievement of financial objectives.

For this role, we are paying an hourly rate of £15.26 plus service charge.
