Job summary

Hobbledown Epsom is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Team Leader to join our hospitality team and help run our Food & Beverage operation at the attraction. You will lead frontline staff, ensure smooth service, and maintain safety and hygiene standards throughout the day.

You’ll deliver consistently excellent guest experiences, train and coach team members, and work closely with other departments to create memorable visits for families.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or F&B required.
• Ability to lead and motivate front-line team members.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible to weekends, school holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the F&B team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and set a great example.
• Coordinate daily F&B operations and ensure outlets are ready for service.
• Delegate tasks and ensure teams work effectively.
• Be hands-on during busy service periods.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor stock levels and help minimise waste.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
