Job summary

Butcombe Boutique Inns is seeking a passionate Team Leader to drive front-of-house excellence in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You’ll lead shifts, motivate a busy team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the bar, restaurant and outdoor spaces.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences with warm hospitality and precise attention to detail, taking a lead role on the floor during service, and working to maintain high standards across all FOH areas.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to motivate and manage shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on shift to deliver high-quality front-of-house operations.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences through warm hospitality and attention to detail.
• Take a lead role on the floor during service to maintain pace, standards and energy.
• Serve food and drinks across bar, restaurant and outdoor areas with presentation in mind.
• Support opening and closing procedures to prepare for service and close to standard.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation across FOH areas.
