Responsabilités

• Interact with guests, taking orders and answering questions about the F&B menu.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and service spaces.
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations.
• Upsell drink specials and hotel packages when appropriate.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.
• Track and manage bar inventory and supplies.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
