Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Studley Castle to lead daily service shifts across our restaurants and bars. You will coach and motivate a team, maintain high standards, and ensure memorable guest dining experiences in a historic Warwickshire setting.

You’ll act as on-shift leader and role model for service excellence, delivering smooth operations and warm hospitality. Responsibilities include guest engagement, health & safety compliance, and reporting to management,

Qualifications

Experience in food & beverage or hospitality operations.
Level 3 Food Safety certificate is desirable.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

Act as the on shift leader across the department.
Lead service and guest interaction to ensure exceptional experiences.
Ensure health and safety compliance and incident reporting.
Monitor cost control and upselling opportunities while protecting guest experience.
Provide shift handovers and timely reports to senior staff.
Handle emergencies and ensure guest safety.
