Derby Midland Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the success of our hotel. You will help ensure the restaurant and bar are presented to the highest standard and act as an ambassador for the hotel.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead the team during service, and drive guest experiences that encourage return visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food and beverage supervisory or senior team member role.
• Lead by example and support others to feel confident during service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
