Concept Resources seeks an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or a strong Supervisor aiming to progress, for a premium country hotel in Derbyshire. You will oversee daily dining operations and lead front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional guest service across restaurant, bar, and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a quality-driven hotel or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
