RBH Hospitality Management Ltd. is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor for The Mercure Paignton and ibis Styles Paignton. You will lead the F&B team, ensure smooth service, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to deliver guest experiences at our Paignton hotels.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced restaurant setting, with availability for evenings and weekends, and a focus on delivering exceptional service in a seaside hotel environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food & beverage leadership roles.
• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a restaurant preferred.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Ability to think quickly and solve guest issues on the fly.
• Organised and adaptable, able to juggle multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Lead the F&B team with a positive vibe and deliver seamless service.
• Oversee daily shift activities from setup to order flow and guest satisfaction.
• Guide and train the team, mentoring staff to perform at their best.
• Handle guest requests confidently and resolve issues while maintaining a lively service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to keep orders moving smoothly.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and preparation for shifts.
• Assist with scheduling and shift planning to ensure readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and health and safety standards in dining areas.
