LGH Hotels Management is hiring a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Holiday Inn Oxford. This hands-on role supports daily operations, leads the team during service, and helps ensure the restaurant and bar meet the highest standards.

You’ll drive great guest experiences and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere on the floor. Working closely with the F&B Manager, you will set expectations, lead by example, and provide support as needed to keep service running smoothly and efficiently in a busy hotel

Qualifications

• Experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
• Ability to lead by example and support others during service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service and attention to detail.
