Job summary

LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our Holiday Inn in Oxford. This hands-on role supports guest experiences and leads the restaurant and bar teams to meet high standards during service.

You will work closely with the F&B Manager to set expectations, lead by example, and deputise when needed, driving revenue through great service and attention to detail. This position offers opportunities to develop leadership skills within hospitality.

• Experience supervising a food & beverage team in a hospitality setting.
