Job summary

LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the Cambridge team. This hands-on role supports service, leads the F&B team, and helps deliver exceptional guest experiences in a busy hotel bar and dining operation.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain high standards, lead by example, and drive revenue through great service and attention to detail in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a food and beverage supervisor or in a senior team member role.
• Ability to lead by example and support service during busy periods.
• Strong presentation, communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support smooth day-to-day operation of the F&B area during service.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve high standards of service.
• Ensure restaurant and bar presentation meets brand standards.
