LGH Hotels Management Limited is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Oxford hotel team. You will be a hands‑on ambassador in the restaurant and bar, shaping the guest experience and supporting the team to perform at their best.

You’ll work closely with the F&B Manager to ensure service runs smoothly, maintain high presentation standards, and drive revenue through exceptional guest care and energy on the floor.

Job description

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people‑focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the success of our hotel. As part of the Food & Beverage department, you will help ensure that our restaurant and bar are fully prepared for service and presented to the highest standard at all times. How You’ll Make a Difference

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the operation and help lead the team during service. You will set clear expectations, lead by example, and step in confidently to support or deputise when required.

With a strong focus on exceptional food and beverage experiences, you will help drive revenue through great service, attention to detail, and positive energy on the floor. Above all, you’ll help create memorable, personalised experiences that encourage guests to return.
