RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Bridgewood Manor Hotel & Spa in Chatham, Kent. You will lead the F&B team, ensure a welcoming, seamless service, and support daily operations across dining venues.

With a strong focus on guest satisfaction, you’ll train, schedule, monitor stock, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and help maintain high health and safety standards in a busy hotel environment. Excellent benefits offered.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor stock and assist with inventory for each shift.
• Assist with scheduling and shift planning.
• Keep dining and service areas clean and compliant with health and safety.
