Job summary

Galgorm Resort & Spa in Roe Valley (Leaping Hound) seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the management team. You will support day-to-day F&B operations, lead a team, and strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining Galgorm Collection standards.

The role requires flexibility with full-time hours, shifts across 4–5 days in 7, and a focus on training, upselling, and maintaining service quality. Salary range £14.07–£15.57 per hour, payscale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a team in a café/restaurant or bar.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to train staff and manage day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication and professional conduct with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
• Know the menu to assist with queries and upsell where possible.
• Supervise F&B team; ensure training and daily duties are clear.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
