The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a dedicated F&B Assistant to join the Ryder Restaurant team. You will deliver exemplary service in a vibrant hospitality setting, handling orders, describing menus, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Late nights and weekend work are part of the role, with on-target earnings of £12.71 per hour plus service charge. Training will be provided to help you grow within a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy bar or restaurant preferred, but not required.
• Training provided to develop skills for success.
• Ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Take orders and ensure guest needs are met.
• Describe menus confidently and upsell where appropriate.
