voco Winchester Hotel & Spa is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar teams. You will focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining presentation standards, and ensuring seamless service across venues.

You’ll be hands-on, ready to lead by example, and able to drive upselling while upholding brand standards. Eligibility to work in the UK is required, with a supportive, 24/7 operation catering to varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage supervision or management.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver excellent guest service.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
