LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the restaurant and bar teams at a London hotel. You’ll be hands-on, helping shape the guest experience and ensuring service is delivered to the highest standard.

You’ll lead by example, support the team during busy service, and focus on delivering exceptional F&B experiences that drive guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Formación

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory or senior team member role.
• Enjoy leading by example and supporting others during service.
• Take pride in high standards of presentation, service, and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and positively, even in a busy environment.
• Motivated by creating great guest experiences and helping teams work well together.
• Want to continue developing leadership skills within hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the operation and help lead the team during service.
• Set clear expectations and lead by example, deputising when required.
• Drive revenue through great service, attention to detail and positive energy on the floor.
• Create memorable, personalised experiences that encourage guests to return.
