Hoburne Blue Anchor is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B and retail operations. The role requires supervision of staff, rostering, and strong administrative skills to handle onboarding, absences, annual leave, and recruitment.

You will drive events, menu pricing, and stock control while maintaining excellent guest service. The position is permanent and full-time, with 40 hours per week and occasional evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising F&B teams in leisure or hospitality.
• Strong administrative skills for rostering and onboarding.
• Proven track record in events and menu pricing.
