Job summary

Hoburne Naish is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee front of house operations and lead a motivated team. The role requires a proactive approach, strong customer service focus, and the ability to manage stock and events to high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Food and Beverage experience in a supervisory role.
• Positive attitude, a team player and able to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to assist in the efficient management of all food and beverage activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day front of house operations.
• Coach and develop front of house staff.
• Assist with events such as weddings and functions and manage stock controls.
