Job summary

Fairmont St Andrews is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across the resort’s outlets. You will work with the Director of F&B to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences.

In this busy, multi-outlet environment you will coach and develop outlet managers, drive performance, and ensure labour, stock and costs are managed effectively while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets in a high-volume property.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate outlet managers and teams.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, labour management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of all Food & Beverage outlets across the resort.
• Collaborate with Outlet Managers to maintain service standards and guest experience.
• Provide leadership during busy periods, events and peak trading times.
• Cover management across outlets during leave or absences as required.
• Support the Director of Food & Beverage with strategy and departmental performance.
• Act as hands-on leader across operations and build relationships with teams.
